Following are the three properties we checked out today.  They look great because of their location and future redevelopment potential.

I fumbled today with my picks. I'm a bit biased towards the Cabbagetown area because I adore it and any listing that comes up there, I just put them on to showcase it to you. Today, I found myself doing the same and showcasing a property that I don't think is priced very well. I got over it quickly..> :)
