South Beach Miami comes to Humber Bay Shores

Humber Bay Shores, located just north of Parklawn and Lakeshore, is an area marked for many developments in the near future – a number of which are mostly condos.

Amexon’s South Beach Condos + Lofts, which will be slated for full completion early next year, is one of the more interesting and unique developments in the area – bringing Miami flair and a cool South Beach vibe to the mix. The interior especially is very aesthetically pleasing, with an Art Deco theme and bright pops of colour all over the grand lobby.

The attention to detail, materials, and overall impact of the design and concept, has far surpassed expectations. The designers, II by IV Design Associates, have an extensive luxury and hospitality portfolio which is evident in South Beach.
